Story
A series of novels by James Patterson about the complex and brilliant detective Alex Cross
Hodge is the third actor to play Cross, following in the footsteps of Morgan Freeman, who first played him on screen in the 1997 film Kiss the Girls and again in the 2001 sequel Along Came a Spider; and Tyler Perry as the title character in the 2012 film Alex Cross, which was a box office hit and prompted Lionsgate to cancel its planned sequel, Double Cross.
Somehow, I found the series more enjoyable, with equally good stories and characters
I’ve read a few of Alex Cross’s books and found them too awful for my taste, although I thought they were well-written, with good stories and characters.
But the picture is so dark
I have to turn off all the lights in the room and turn on a bright TV (I have an LG OLED).
It’s like the people responsible for the picture quality are eating lunch
The cinematography is great in one respect, but the plasticity of the images is so different from other series that it just turns me off.
If they fix that, it will be great
