The town set was built specifically for the series in North Beaver Bank, Nova Scotia
Story
Uncover the mystery of a town in the middle of the USA that traps anyone who enters it. As residents struggle to maintain a sense of normalcy and seek a way out, they must also survive the dangers of the surrounding forest. Known as Beaver Bank Villa, the site has a long history and many years ago housed housing units, a community hall, fire station, school, church, supermarket, etc.
A rope is lowered to him
(all demolished by 2004) to support workers at a nearby military radar base that was in operation in the 1950s and 1960s. The paved streets and driveways are all that remain, and the artificial town has been built atop them. When Boyd climbs into a distant tree, he finds himself at the bottom of a well.
The rope was not thrown down by Martin
When Boyd climbs out of the well, Martin is the only one in the room and he is chained to the wall. Featured in Half in the Bag: 2022 Mid-Year Catch-Up Part 1 (TV shows) (2022). But I have to say, I was completely blown away after the finale!
I thought the whole premise didn’t have much potential, but then it was something else. However, I still have so many questions that need to be answered, especially after the last scenes of the season 2 finale (which isn’t necessarily a negative point). I just think we deserved at least a few answers before we have to wait for season 3.
This one has potential
I just hope the creators of the series maintain this level and why not even improve it. I’m sick of good shows being completely messed up by the creators. If all the questions are answered logically and interestingly and we get an exciting ending where everyone goes home, this will surely be one of the best shows ever.
